Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, email piccolas.studio@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and tell us why you’d like to cancel. Once we review your request, we’ll confirm the cancellation and share an update on your order status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days after cancellation.
